Vending is indoors in the Hall of Dancing & Dining, which is the primary eating, class and hafla space. It has great visibility, as 6 meals, 2 shows, both haflas and 4 dance classes will be held in the space. It is rustic and adorable, with electrical outlets, EASY load-in and out, heat and AC, much usable wall-space and banner-supporting beams (overhead at just 8”), and lots of natural light.

We anticipate being able to accommodate about twelve 7×7 spaces TOTAL and a minimum of three vendors dividing that space up. No one can have more than 5 spaces this first year while we get familiar with the space. Load-in at 11am Friday, load out 1:30pm Sunday. Contact the Vendor Coordinator, Ziah, at with questions. Vending spots are $150 per 7 x 7 space. We are unable to provide tables. Vendors must purchase a Non Class-Taking Pass to cover their lodging, food, shows and afterparties.
